1. Overview

At Planet On Broadcast Zines (POBZ), we sell digital zines in downloadable PDF format. Because these are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

This means we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed and the file has been made available for download.

2. When exceptions may apply

In limited cases, we may review refund requests if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error

• You were unable to access your file and we are unable to restore access

• A purchase was made without authorization or due to fraud

If an exception is approved, refunds are issued at our discretion.
